1. Applicability

1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements between Dee Commerce BV, trading under the name Chems Paris, and the customer. By using our website and placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

2. Orders

2.1 Orders can be placed via our website or by telephone. After receiving the order we will send a confirmation email with the order details.

2.2 Dee Commerce BV reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders without giving any reason. In case of cancellation, we will inform the customer and refund any payments.

3. Prices and payment

3.1 All prices on our website are stated in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.

3.2 Payments can be made via the payment methods offered on our website. Dee Commerce BV uses secure payment methods to ensure the safety of transactions.

3.3 If the customer remains in default with regard to payment, Dee Commerce BV has the right to suspend delivery or dissolve the agreement.

4. Delivery

4.1 Dee Commerce BV strives to deliver orders within the specified period. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. In case of delay, Dee Commerce BV will inform the customer.

4.2 The risk of damage or loss of products passes to the customer at the time of delivery.

5. Returns and Warranty

5.1 The customer has the right to return products within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unopened and in their original condition.

5.2 Dee Commerce BV will refund the purchase price for returned products that meet the return conditions.

5.3 Warranty claims must be reported to Dee Commerce BV within a reasonable period after discovery of the defect.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 All intellectual property rights in the products, brands and content on our website are owned by Dee Commerce BV or its licensors.

6.2 The customer is not permitted to use these intellectual property rights without written permission from Dee Commerce BV.

7. Liability

7.1 Dee Commerce BV is not liable for any direct or indirect damage, loss or costs arising from the use of our products or website.

7.2 Our liability is in all cases limited to the amount of the purchase price of the product to which the liability relates.

8. Force majeure

8.1 Dee Commerce BV is not liable for delays or shortcomings in the performance of its obligations as a result of force majeure, such as natural disasters, strikes, war, technical failures, etc.

9. Complaints and Disputes

9.1 Complaints about our products or services can be reported via the contact details on our website. We will do our best to resolve the complaint to your satisfaction.

9.2 Dutch law applies to these general terms and conditions. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the place where Dee Commerce BV has its registered office, unless the law stipulates otherwise.
