By making the products by hand, we also minimize the use of machinery that is potentially harmful to the environment.

Each product you use in a different way. With candles, it is common to let the top layer melt completely before extinguishing the candle.

The cream spray should be sprayed in the air for good fragrance diffusion and not on surfaces or furniture etc.

Our focus is on quality, environment and long-term good odor diffusion. This means that our products last a long time and need to be replaced less often. As a result, we reduce the amount of waste generated. Furthermore, we ensure that the scent diffusion of our products is optimal, so that a small amount of product is enough to spread a pleasant scent in a room.

This minimizes the need for overuse and reduces the impact on the environment. For candles, our focus includes longer burn times so that you can enjoy a pleasant scent for as long as possible. In addition, the use of natural ingredients is one of our main focuses.

Returning or exchanging your order is very easy.

Within 14 days of receiving your order, send an e -mail to info@chemsparis.nl stating that you wish to exchange one or more products. We will share return instructions with you afterward.

We have a return period of 14 days in which you can return the order without giving a reason. The 14 days start upon receipt of the package. Please note that the return must be sent back to us within these 14 days.

In doing so, the order must be returned in unused and good condition, suitable for resale with labels and stickers intact/attached.
