Chems Paris products are sustainable for several reasons. First of all, our products are made with natural ingredients.

This artisanal craftsmanship not only ensures high quality, but also reduces the energy and resources required for production. By making the products by hand, we also minimize the use of machinery that is potentially harmful to the environment.

Our focus is on quality, long-lasting and good odor diffusion. This means that our products last a long time and need to be replaced less often. As a result, we reduce the amount of waste generated.

Moreover, we ensure that the fragrance dispersion of our products is optimal, so that a small amount of product is enough to spread a pleasant scent in a room. This minimizes the need for overuse and reduces the impact on the environment. For candles, our focus includes longer burn times so that you can enjoy a pleasant scent for as long as possible.

Returning or exchanging your order is very easy.

Within 14 days of receiving your order, send an e -mail to info@chemsparis.nl stating that you wish to exchange one or more products. We will share return instructions with you afterward.

We have a return period of 14 days in which you can return the order without giving a reason. The 14 days start upon receipt of the package. Please note that the return must be sent back to us within these 14 days.

In doing so, the order must be returned in unused and good condition, suitable for resale with labels and stickers intact/attached.

Returns are at your own expense and depend on the courier and the country you are returning your package from.

Your order number can be found in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. If you did not receive this email correctly, please also check your spam/unwanted email folder. Otherwise, our customer service team will be happy to assist you.

Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that a product gets damaged during shipping or production. Of course, we are happy to resolve this with you.

Please send a message to info@chemsparis.nl with a description and picture of your complaint. Our customer service will work with you as soon as possible to find a solution.

We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. Upon receipt of your return at our warehouse, we will process it within 5 business days.

After the return is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued which you will receive in your account within 1-2 business days.
